Water System Rates
Monthly
$65.00 base cost of service
$10.50 per thousand gallons used up to 40,000 gallons/month
$14.70 per thousand gallons for use of 40,001 gallons and above per month
Other rates are:
$145.00 Customer Service Inspection to check for potential Cross Connections as required by Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) Rule290.46(b)
$100.00 Refundable Membership Fee (Payable to RRWSC)
$10.00 Late Fee (assessed 16 days after bills are mailed)
$25.00 Return check charge
$25.00 Reconnect fee for turning water back on
There is no charge for turning water off, whether at customer request, for nonpayment of bill, or any other reason
There may be from time to time an additional Repair Fee assessed as directed by RRWSC
